Mission Statement: (See Web Site For Updated Information)
Rural Integrated Relief Service-Ghana (RIRS-GH) is non profit-making Volunteers Organization which has emerged in recent years as one of the true leaders in receiving volunteers to Ghana.
Ghana has a fascinating culture, people who are world-renowned for their friendliness, English is the official language, and there are no hassles for travelers.
Some of our volunteer programs in Ghana include:

• Teaching English at a school in Ghana

• Volunteering at an Orphanage in Ghana

• Medical Volunteering in Ghana

• Football and Basketball Coaching in Ghana

• Media Internships in Ghana

Ghana has so much to offer visitors, with its rich culture, pristine beaches, and people who are world-renowned for their friendliness.
Visitors who volunteer in Ghana experience this even more fully by getting an insiders understanding of the country. It is a perfect spot for first-time travelers to Africa.
In your free time you will learn firsthand about your local communitys elaborate festivals, crafts, contemporary arts, music and dances, unique architectural styles, natural and herbal medicine, etc.
RIRS-GH volunteer in Ghana and see for yourself the wonders of this proud West African nation.
We promote standards for sustainability that conserve wildlife and wildlands and ensure the well-being of workers and their communities. Farms that meet the comprehensive criteria of the Sustainable Agriculture Network earn the right to use the seal, and forestry enterprises that comply with the rigorous standards. We also work with tourism businesses, to help them succeed while leaving a small footprint on the environment and providing a boost to local economies.
